How We Do It

Although every system is different, we use the same proven development methods to ensure your satisfaction. These methods make sure that everyone has a firm understanding of what the end product will do, how it will do it and how much it will cost.

First, once we get some knowledge of your business, a Proposal is presented outlining the key features of your system and an estimate of the cost.

Following your acceptance of the Proposal a Technical Specification is produced. This key document describes the system in detail with confirmed costs and timescale.

It is only after the Technical Specification has been agreed by all parties that Program Development is started. This consists of converting your requirements into working programs and database structures.

Before being released for your use, the system goes through a Quality Assurance and Testing stage. The final element of this is User Acceptance Testing when your system’s functions are confirmed by the people that will be using it day-to-day.
