How We Charge

Just as we tailor the system to meet your individual needs, Claydenne Software Limited negotiates payment terms individually.

Terms are usually agreed with the acceptance of the Proposal Document.

For fixed-price contracts, Claydenne Software takes the development risk and so the price given is one we can commit to in advance. The total price is usually payable in instalments at key points during the development.

For time-and-materials contracts we charge at an agreed man-day rate. An estimate of total cost is given in advance and any likely deviation advised if it occurs. Charges are invoiced at agreed periods throughout the development with full details of work done and time spent.
